Hey Frolickers,
Someone asked us today, “So, where is the frolic? I don’t see any dancing girls!” Perplexed we said, “Well, we frolic here everyday!” We may not have any frolics going on, per say, at the moment (read: yet), but we will. Look for information soon about the open mic, spoken word, book club, and GLOBAL VEGAN WAFFLE PARTY events starting June!
So, back to the original thought of the day for you, our friends. We have a brand new menu with many of your old favorites (waffle ain’t goin’ nowhere) and some of your future favorites. We wish a heartfelt and heavy farewell to viking donuts and paninis. It’s been a good run, but (psst) let us know what you think of this.
And on to the great news…. Waffle Frolic would like to introduce our spanking new gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and soups. Made from local, organic ingredients and the most delicious, smothery, cheesy cheese, these melty sandwiches will blow the eyeballs out the back of your head!
Grilled cheeses of the day:
- asparagus and portabello mushrooms
- turkey and red peppers
- bacon, caramelized onions, and apple butter
- Frolic-made tuna salad (think carrots, peppers, cucumbers, and more!)
Soup of the day:
- tomato with feta cheese (mmmmm soooo gooood)
